A performance-driven performer, you will be responsible for the marketing and promotion of a portfolio of programmes. Programme enrolment targets will be assigned and you will be actively involved in product development, marketing development, coordination of events including Career Fairs and Previews.

 Chief Invigilator


To be in charge of examinations and to ensure invigilators are duly appointed and briefed on their roles and responsibilities. The chief invigilator should ensure examinations are conducted with strictest confidence in accordance to the rules and regulations of each examination.

 

Requirements:

  • At least a diploma in any disciplines
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure or unexpected circumstances
  • Responsible and disciplined
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

 

 Executive, Examinations


To be responsible for the maintenance of examination records and confidentiality of the exam materials. The executive has to liaise with students on examination matters such as procedures and conduct.

 

Requirements:

  • Preferably a degree in any disciplines or a diploma with 2-3 years of working experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be firm and fair
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programmes

 

 Assistant Manager, Registrar Office


To manage the admission and matriculation of new students for both SMa Institute and University Partners' Programmes. The Assistant Manager, Registrar Office will also need to work closely with other academic departments on matters relating to policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

  • At least a degree in any disciplines
  • Preferably 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Meticulous and organised
  • Good team player
  • Ability to lead a team of executives
