CEO Declaration

SMa Institute of Higher Learning (SMa Institute) is committed to provide a high standard of service by promoting an environment conducive to student learning. Our lecturer-student ratio for lectures is capped at 1:100, workshop is capped at 1:40 and tutorial is capped at 1:25. In total, we have 26 classrooms and 2 labs with total capacity of more than 1000 students.

Information pertaining to registration for our courses, amount and types of course fees, other miscellaneous charges, grievance and redress policies and procedures, as well as other student requirements are disseminated to our students and conveyed in our student handbook, website and other marketing materials that are published from time to time. 

Our lecturers are selected based on their subject expertise, relevant industry experience and dedication. We have 41 full-time administrative and support staff and more than 80 adjunct lecturers. We spare no efforts to provide what is best for our students in their learning journey with us.
