Overview
Human capital is a critical resource to driving an organisation’s success. With increased industry competitiveness and change as the only constant, there is a strong demand for innovative thinking and effective implementation to achieve strategic goals.
The main focus of this intensive 3 day programme is to expose industry practitioners to a spectrum of leadership framework and equip them with the essential skills required to set, lead and execute strategies. Leaders will build capabilities beyond their own specialist domain and stay at the forefront of thinking in a range of emerging areas. They will step into a completely new way of seeing, thinking, being and leading, therefore developing solutions with long lasting impact that will result in a continuum of desired business outcomes.
The key differentiator for this programme is the use of effective teaching methodologies such as presentations with best-practice examples, mini case studies and exercises, vision vignettes and activities to engage participants. The numbers will be capped to allow participants and presenters to share experiences and questions. While theory is the foundation of the programme, the emphasis is to provide participants a toolbox of practical examples and applications. Participants will become more skilled, effective and valued, while organisations enhance their capability on the road to success.
