SMa School of Management (SMa-SOM) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Singapore Manufacturers' Federation (SMa), a leading business federation with over 74 years of establishment in Singapore. SMa has been providing training and certification courses since 1966 and annually train over 6,500 participants.

SMa School of Management was established with the aim to enhance the human capital development of Singapore workforce and strongly advocates education and training as the key to human capital development. Through the provision of quality and industry recognized qualifications, SMa-SOM graduates are well equipped to meet the challenges of today’s knowledge based economy.

E-Learning and web-based Recording
To enhance learning, we have incorporated online learning and web-based recording of lectures to allow students who are unable to attend classes to follow their lectures real-time over the Internet. Students can also retrieve the lectures over the web for revision.

Study Award and Scholarship
As part of SMa continued effort to promote lifelong learning, we offer joint scholarships such SMa-Murdoch University Scholarship to outstanding students who have achieve outstanding academic results in their studies. SMa Education Trust funds also annually give out bursaries to needy students.
